Processing and Shipping

The order will be sent 1-2 weeks after payment reception. In case of any unexpected circumstances, the processing time can be prolonged up to 3 weeks and concerned people would be informed.

All orders are shipped from Switzerland with the Swiss post.

The estimated carriage time according to the Swiss Post are the following:

Small flower Switzerland : 1 workday

Small flower Europe : 2 to 3 workdays

Small flower US, Canada, Australia (out of Europe) : 5 to 7 workdays

However, please consider that the carriage time may last until 10-15 workdays particularly for country out of Europe and can vary a lot because of customs.

Custom fees or import taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking and lost or damaged orders

All orders are sent with a tracking number. This implies also an inssurance up to 50chf in case of lost or damaged order. In case of bigger orders, we strongly encourage you to choose the signature option to be fully covered in case of lost. To add the signature option to your order, select the shipping upgrade at the checkout.

In case of delay, please contact us directly so that we can enquire about the problem. In the event of a lost tracked order, the order can be sent again or fully refunded.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be made within 2 hours after placing your order. During sales or major promotions, no cancellations are possible.

“Instant download files” are available for download as soon as the payment is validated. No refund or cancellation are possible for downloadable files.

Sending back and exchange

In case of a damaged or lost order, or any other issues with the shipping, please contact us rapidly. Refund or replacement is only possible if there's an obvious problem with the order. If a product is damaged after shipping, please send us a picture of it.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

No refund or cancellation are possible for downloadable files. In case of any trouble, another file can be sent to your e-mail address.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are obviously defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@linouspots.com.
